Slightly acid, mild, fruity, and almost not bitter. The aftertaste is long leading to flavors of cookie and vegetal notes. This coffee is flavorful and joyful with immersion and percolation methods. Well-balanced espresso, fruity and acid, with a long-lasting pleasant aftertaste with almost no bitterness.
Weekly artisanal roasted in Central Switzerland in a medium roast fashion, resulting in a versatile coffee ideal for espresso machines, percolation, and immersion techniques.
