It’s worth the wait!

It is best up to 6 months after the roasting date. 

Nonetheless, coffee is not a perishable product, so the best-before date is not an expiry date.

TLAKO’s coffee is available in cafés, restaurants, and hotels around Switzerland. Coming soon, you will find a map on our site where you can locate them and find the closest one. 

We provide our corporate customers with recommendations on how to prepare our coffee, but it might differ from place to place due to personal taste. 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

In a nutshell, you always have fresh coffee without the hassle of remembering to buy it and at a better price.

1. Choose the type of coffee you would like as a subscription.

2. Choose the amount of monthly coffee that suits you best (each plan has usage descriptions and estimations).

3. Choose from a monthly or a yearly payment plan. You can opt out of your subscription after the minimum period, i.e., one month or year.

The TLAKO – TACANÁ coffee subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly plans, while SPECIAL EDITIONS are only offered on a monthly payment format. If stocks of these limited editions are finished before the new limited edition is available, you can change to a TLAKO – TACANÁ subscription or cancel. You can always re-subscribe to the new limited edition when available.

Yes, the minimum period in a monthly subscription payment model is the month you subscribe and, subsequently, each renewal. In a yearly payment plan, the minimum period is managed in one-year terms.

Yes, you can subscribe to a Special Edition product on a monthly payment format.

If stocks of these limited editions are finished before the new limited edition is available, you can change to a TLAKO – TACANÁ subscription or cancel. You can always re-subscribe to the new limited edition when available.

2 Go to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab and click on the subscription you would like to cancel

3. Select the CANCEL option, and confirm your choice when prompted.

4. You will receive an e-mail at your provided address confirming the subscription cancellation.

You can always see the status of your subscriptions on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.

ORDERS, CONFIRMATIONS, PAYMENTS, AND CORPORATE ACCOUNTS

You can pay on the website with Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), and TWINT.

Other payment methods, such as Postcard, E-Postfinance, and American Express, will be available soon.

In addition, you can also register as a corporate customer to pay via invoice.

Gift cards and vouchers are redeemable on the CART SUMMARY and CHECKOUT sections.

The order confirmation/invoice can be found as a PDF in the confirmation e-mail sent to you after the purchase and in your profile under the ORDERS section at any time. 

The confirmation e-mail may end up in your spam or junk mail folder. If you didn’t receive the e-mail minutes after your purchase, please check if it landed in one of those folders.

Did you forget your password? To change it, all you need to do is:

1. Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.

2. Enter the e-mail address you used to place your orders.

3. You will receive an e-mail at your provided address asking you to click a link to reset your password.

3. We will verify the information provided.

4. You will receive an e-mail at your provided address confirming the creation and validation of your corporate account.

1 Select and add the items you want to the shopping cart.

3. On the SHOPPING CART or in the CHECKOUT sections, click the “Redeem Gift Card” option, enter your Gift Card’s code, and press “ADD”.

The amount of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the cost of your purchase.

3. On the SHOPPING CART or in the CHECKOUT sections, click the “Redeem Voucher” option, enter your promotion or voucher code, and press “ADD”.

The amount dedicated to your voucher or promotion code will be automatically deducted from the cost of your purchase.

You can delete your account at any time. You can initiate the process by logging into your account, click on “Account Details” and then “Delete account”.

 

Please note that when deleting your account:

– You no longer have access to your orders or receipts.
– All subscriptions will be canceled.
