The Seed has been a crucial element of TLAKO since 2017. It has been the most sincere manner to present our coffee as an espresso. The shape of the cup represents a coffee seed, a coffee bean.

The Volcano, the saucer, is the newest addition to this iconic cup. It stylishly and innovatively brings further grounding and stability to the Seed.

They are handcrafted in Mexico by ANFORA, a family firm with over 100 years of experience and passion. The Seed and the Volcano are dishwasher safe and can go into the freezer and in the oven at up to 200° C.

A GEM OF CRAFTMANSHIP & DESIGN

THE ART OF COFFEE

The SEED represents the labor and expertise of the producer, while the VOLCANO represents the elemental forces of nature and their nurturing role. Together, they transform drinking coffee into a ritual that honors farmers and the coffee's journey, turning a functional item into an artistic celebration.

We visited the communities for the first time in 2015 and immediately fell in love with the people, the place, and the project.
