The Chemex is not only a design icon, but a truly fun way to make great coffee. In this video from James Hoffmann, not only you can find the technique to do delicious coffee, but the history of this beautiful gadget.

Must do pointers for a great Chemex coffee are: 1) Use a medium grind, 2) weigh your coffee and keep a ratio of 60 gr of coffee for a liter of water, 3) use filtered water (Brita filters work great), and 4) rinse your filter before adding the ground coffee, and let the coffee bloom as shown in the video.
