Produced at around 1’400 meters above sea level by local producers within the Tacaná volcano biosphere reserve, this coffee has been a socially responsible case study and a model to improve the quality of life of coffee-producing communities in Mexico.

Medium acidic and body, slightly fruity with a hint of blackberry. Light bitterness with a long-lasting aftertaste with zesty notes of precious wood and spices. This coffee is flavorful with immersion techniques and slightly more acidic with percolation ones. Well-balanced espresso, slightly fruity and acidic, yet with body and a touch of bitterness. 

Weekly artisanal roasted in Central Switzerland in a medium roast fashion, resulting in a versatile coffee ideal for espresso machines, percolation, and immersion techniques.
