meters above sea level by local producers within the Tacaná
volcano biosphere reserve, this coffee has been a socially
responsible case study and a model to improve the quality of
life of coffee-producing communities in Mexico.
Weekly artisanal roasted in Central Switzerland in a medium
roast fashion, resulting in a versatile coffee ideal for espresso
